The dog cushion not only impresses with its appearance, but also with its shape-retaining special foam inside, which has a high resilience. As a result, the cushion retains its elasticity and shape even with regular use. In addition, a pre-shaped resting hollow in the middle of the cushion supports your dog's natural nesting behavior. This helps to relieve pressure on the spine, while the slightly higher edge provides optimum support for the head.

To meet your dog's everyday needs, the cover can be easily removed using the zipper on the back and cleaned in the washing machine. The filling of the cushion is also washable, which ensures maximum hygiene.

Care

The cushion filling consists of a soft, open-cell foam. In order to maintain the excellent properties of this material in the long term, it is necessary to care for and clean it properly.

The best cleaning method for the cushion is to wash it with a commercially available mild detergent at temperatures up to 60° C. The use of highly chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing additives is not recommended. A brownish discoloration of the foam cannot be avoided, but does not result in any loss of quality.

After the wash cycle, remove as much water as possible using the spin cycle. Then leave the dewatered cushion to air dry on a rack. The pillow can also be dried in a tumble dryer at up to 60° C, but avoid overdrying.

To ensure that the pillow retains its shape, it must be fluffed regularly. To do this, shake the pillow vigorously, knead it from all sides and then pat it flat again.

Cover
The cover is machine washable at 30° C or can be gently dry-cleaned. Leave the cover to air dry on a rack after washing. The cover can be ironed at a low temperature after washing.

For easy cleaning in between washes, dog hair can easily be beaten out or vacuumed with an upholstery brush from your vacuum cleaner. To remove stains from the fabric, press a damp cloth onto the stain and wipe the fabric clean in a circular motion. Repeat the process if necessary. A mild detergent can be used for stubborn stains.

When cleaning, please avoid solvents/concentrated scouring agents or solvent-based cleaning products containing DMF (dimethylformadide), ketones, esters, methylbenzene or toluene.
